Who are we?

We’re movement instructors with a passion for making students feel welcomed, safe, and strong in their bodies. We partner to deliver classes on functional movement, restorative yoga, athletics-focused strength work, and more.

Move with us

Rest and Restore with Megan & Alana

This 75 min class in the restorative yoga tradition uses guided breathwork and supportive postures to help promote rest, ease, and healing. No previous experience necessary. Bring comfortable and warm clothes. Props, water, and tea, all available for you at the clinic. Summer schedule of alternating weeks starting May 16, 2024.
