Rest & Restore: at home

Over the summer we explored several restorative postures on the blog. We have looked at the benefits of the shape and different ways to use props to support yourself in this shape. We explored concepts of mindfulness which is part of a restorative practice.

Home Practice

Now, lets put the practices together.

Here is a simple, hour-long guided home restorative class themed around letting go of stress.

 No props? No problem - grab two large towels and two pillows.
