2023 was the first year Megan and I worked together on co-leading classes and designing and delivering workshops together. We’re excited to be back in 2024, collaborating on some of the same projects and building out new ones.
Here’s where you can catch us in our joint classes in early 2024:
Rest and Restore
This 75 min class in the restorative yoga tradition uses guided breathwork and supportive postures to help promote rest, ease, and healing. No previous experience necessary. Bring comfortable and warm clothes. Props, water and tea, all available for you at the clinic.

Strengthen and Stretch: Yoga and Myofascial Rolling Class
Suitable for all levels, these drop in yoga classes will get you moving, breathing with intention, and challenging yourself as we flow through a dynamic series of poses. Then we'll cool it down with gentle stretching and optional self-massage using tune-up balls (provided for you in class).
Intro to Rocket Yoga (four-week series)
Join Alana to learn the basics of this fun and playful style of yoga. Over four in-person classes, we cover the basics of the flow and learn ways to customize it to meet your flexibility and strength goals. This workshop series includes online access to class recordings.

Strengthen and Stretch: For Office Workers (four-week series)
Do you struggle with postural strain? Find yourself stiff or losing flexibility? Join Megan for this four week, all levels, functional movement class. In addition to the classes, students receive access to an accompanying digital version of the course.
