Today Megan and I are excited to launch our newest digital course, Strengthen and Stretch for Runners!

We’ve talked before about the importance of cross-training for to improve your running game. This course is designed to help you do just that – with 8 hours of videos, we walk you through the basics of running anatomy and offer muscle-specific strengthening, stretching, and rolling exercises.

What you get in the workshop:

  • 90 min of key strengthening and stretching exercises while learning the roles of the primary running muscles.

  • Use resistance bands to target important stability muscles and muscles that tend to be weak to help improve running form and prevent injury.
