How slowing down made me a more confident runner
My name is Megan. I have never identified as athletic, but I am passionate about my identity as a slow runner.
I found running in my late 20s while living in hilly Vancouver. It was a solution to getting exercise at a time in my life when there was no extra money for gym memberships.
