Strengthen, Stretch and Roll for Runners- a workshop!

By Megan

Recently we've been talking about all things running on the blog. First I shared my own little love affair with slow running. I also shared the science behind the value of cross-training to support a running practice.

We’ve also been adding free resources to our running playlist on YouTube. New videos will continue to be added through April and May twice weekly!
