Summer is here and so is Alana & Megan’s summer restorative programming!
In-Person Restorative
Our in-person classes at Encompass Health and Wellness have shifted to running every other week. You can catch Alana and Megan in studio, Thursdays 7:00pm-8:15pm:

Learn more about Postures
While we won’t be in studio as often, our restorative work continues! We will be sharing a summer restorative blog series on our weeks out of office.
Each week we’re not teaching, we’ll publish a bi-weekly deep-dive into specific restorative postures.
Learn the physical benefits of the shape and its effects on our anatomy and nervous system. Explore ways to set up the props in each shape.
Want to practice online with us?
Join us (and our pets!) for online classes hosted through our Discord community. It’s a place where we share questions, connect, share resources and get access to free/by donation online classes.
Alana teaches three movement classes a week in the morning and Megan teaches a monthly online restorative! For online restorative classes: no props necessary- two pillows and two towels and a cozy spot will do the trick!
