New fall classes in KW

We have been working hard behind the scenes to create new, in-person, fall programming in collaboration with KO Yoga, a nonprofit bringing movement to the masses.

For us, this work resonates deeply with our core values - of community, accessibility, and sustainability. We are excited to help build and be a part of this work in our community.

Free KO Yoga classes

Megan and Alana teach several free weekly classes in partnership with KO Yoga.

Fall offerings:

  • Sundays 7:30pm-8:30pm: Myofascial release and slow flow with Megan or Alana

  • Tuesdays: 12pm-1pm: Fun flow with Alana Tuesdays 7:00pm-8:15pm

  • Restorative yoga with Megan or other KO Yoga teachers
